The engineered solution: substrate + multilayer

In most cases, the final solution we deliver is not just a substrate — it’s a multilayer assembly: substrate + adhesives + protective films + mica + liners for automated assembly.

This is the «engineered solution»: the optimised, validated assembly that integrates directly into the module. We work with expert partners in complementary materials to design the complete assembly.

The raw material: BELCOTEX® SiO₂

BELCOTEX® is the ultra-pure SiO₂ fiber produced by Belchem in Freiburg (Germany) that forms the basis of belcor® SIL solutions. High-quality, EU-produced, stable at extreme temperatures.
